Daima is produced from only the freshest pure natural milk available right from the dairy herds situated beside our plant in Hilat Kuku.
The only thing we do is ensure the milk is of the highest quality before it is Ultra Heat Treated (UHT) to 138 C for at least 1 second and then packaged. This process has a negligible effect on its nutritional value but destroys bacteria and prolongs its keeping qualities. The UHT treatment and sterile packaging mean that Daima remains fresh and in excellent condition for up to six months if unopened, even without refrigeration! Once opened,refrigerate, and treat like pasteurised milk.
