The
recipes placed here all contain ingredients that are available in the markets
or local shops and are relatively easy to follow. If young children wish to
make any of these in the kitchen, please ensure that they are suitably supervised.

225g flour
20ml (4tsp) baking powder
10ml (2tsp) caster sugar
5ml (1tsp) salt
2 eggs
350ml Daima Milk
25g Daima butter, melted butter for frying
maple or golden syrup and Daima whipped cream
to serve
1.Sift flour,baking powder,sugar and salt into a bowl
2.Whisk eggs, milk and melted butter together. Stir into dry ingredients and
mix until evenly blended.
3.Heat a little butter into a frying pan and when hot pour in sufficient batter
to give a 12.5cm pancake, 0.5cm thick
4. Cook until top of pancake looks bubbly, turn and cook until golden.
5. Repeat, making 8 pancakes
6. Serve with maple or golden syrup and cream

900ml Daima Milk
40g creamed coconut
2.5ml (1/2tsp)ground cinnamon
pinch of ground cloves
75g pudding rice
25g brown sugar
chopped pistachio nuts and fruit
to serve
1. Place milk, coconut and spices in a saucepan, heat until coconut has dissolved.
2. Stir in rice and sugar
3. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 30 mins or until rice is tender. Stir
